VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN DIVERSIFIED COOPERATIVE TRAINING Diversified Cooperative Training pro- vides vocational training on a part time basis for high school boys and girls during their senior year. DCT is basically for non-college bound students. For one-half day students are trained on the job in actual occupations. The other half-day is divided between required aca- demic studies and studies related to the oc- cupation. Several occupations are included in the program but each student receives training in only one, hence, the word di- versified refers to the program as a whole, Students receive credit for their vocational training and, upon graduation, receive the regular diploma plus a vocational certifi- cate,
