Under the capable direction of Miss Gemberling, Mrs. Huntzinger, and Mr. Troutman rehearsals began in January. Many hours were spent working diligently to perfect the operetta for the final performance. But in reciprocation for all the many hours spent re- hearsing, the entire cast proved to be co-opera- tive and amiable. The time for our last 'big stage performance dawned upon us- the senior play! Our curiosity about the choice of the play was finally satisfied. An unusual and different type of play, The Night of January 16th, was chosen. Who would be chosen for the cast? When this selection was made, under the capable and efficient tutoring of our director, Miss Knohr, and our student direc- tor, Patricia Wilson, We began our rehearsals. The cast and the directors gave many of their evening hours to the perfection of the play. At last came the big night, Nov. 18th. After the matinee and the Ievening performance we received a great many congratulations for a job well done. The witty writing of the play, the careful choosing of the cast, and the patience of the directors all spelled success. Lucrative gains were also made for our treasury. Senior Pla
