I 26 Senior Song ,ff For the class of '78, if you were asked to write a song, What would you sing, so we could all hum along, What would you write, what would you say, How would you describe our good ole' days. My thoughts ran from VIPS to Valentines, And those I dreamed would be mine. Then I thought about Homecoming, And all the flair of the Spring Fling King. lt's been fun - you know it's been great - Tell me how did we ever rate? Well l guess it must have been fate That we should share these good ole' days. Once some guys went to retreat, they thought they'd take a little hike: But after thirty-two miles they decided to stay all night. And our ballgames were fun, even those we never won - Don't get me wrong, but you know if you've been to one That we, Shoot 'em down, Hey, We don't mess around. Well if it seems like l'm ramblin'g on and on That's because I was at the Volleyball Marathon So l'll,try to finish and close this song Hope you've all been able to sing along We've made it through from beginning to end And best of all we've made some good ole' friends. And let's not forget our opportunity to be educated at TNC, There were profs, papers, tests, grades - well almost all the time these have been good ole' days Thank you, God, for good times with You, I You've touched our lives, changed us through and through, Now as You guide our separate ways, just one more thing that we want to say That is we give to You - all the praise - for making these - OUR GOOD OLE' DAYS!
