GUIDANCE AND PERSONNEL SERVICES v PROFESSOR K. W. PHILLIPS Director of Personnel Services A vital part of the program of Trevecca Nazarene College is the guidance services offered. The program portrays the interest shown in each student as an individual. The goal of the Guidance Department is to provide counseling and services in accordance with student needs and interests. The major divisions of the guidance program are Freshman Orientation, Freshman Counseling Programs, and Personnel Services. These are under the direction of Professor K. W.
