REPS When at sea for extended periods, provisions, supplies, weapons and aircraft parts must be replenished. This is done through the art of UNDERWAY REPLENISHMENT QUNREPSJ. By Vertical Replenishment QVERTREPJ, helicopters transfer cargo, usually in nets suspended beneath the aircraft. Connected Replenishment CCONREPJ requires an intricate series of lines between ships to transfer fuel, supplies, or people. i UNREPS are the life blood of deployed ships. During MARG 2-92 they occured in rough seas and calm, day and night. '
