W- , A good deal of credit for the efficient organization and outstanding management of the business of Trenton High School, goes to the Board of Education. These men and women devote many hours of their already busy schedule to administer their duties as board members. Our sincere thanks to each of you. Leland Ryan has been a member of the School Board for 7 years. He lived in Cameron before coming to 'lrenton where he has lived for 15 years. He has two children: Iudy and David. He has worked for the University of Missouri Agricultural Service for 20 years. ' Charles Powell has been a member of the School Board for 2 years. He has lived in Tientonfor 5 years and he came from Marysville, Kansas be- fore coming here. He has been a pharmacist for 7 years and holds this position at Cisco-Brown Drug Store. He has four boys and he belongs to the V.F.W. and the Trenton Iunior Chamber of Commerce. W. A. Fuson has been a member of the School Board for 14 years. He lived in St. Joseph be- fore coming here in 1929. He is a doctor and has two children. Nancy who is married and Bill who ls in college. E. E. Arnold has been a member of the School Board for 8 years. He has lived in Trenton for 20 years and came here from Lexington. He has two boys, Larry and Ronnie. He has been in the insurance business for 27 years. He belongs to the Lions Club and 'lrenton Junior Chamber of Com- merce. Mrs. I. P. Ward has been a member of the School Board for 10 years. She has lived in Trenton since 1918 and has four children all of whom are married. Her husband who worked for the railroad for 46 years is retired. She belongs to the V.F. W. and the Rebecca Lodge. Mrs. Howard Laffoon has been a member of the School Board for 1 year. She has lived in Trenton all her life. She has two children: Mary Ann and Johnny. Her husband is a bulk agent for the Standard Oil Company. She is a member of the D.A.R. , P.E.O., and Eastern Star.

Geyer Students have been seen going into Mr. Geyer's office for falling tests or just needing helptoflqure out a schedule, only to come out wearing the sunnlest smiles.
