Isabel Kunz . . . .Miss .Tones ln September, 1949, twelve Freshmen started the ir careers at Trenton Community High School. After they had been initiated they were accepted by the other students. During the year they were given and gave several hayrides, wiener roasts, and school parties. ln September, 1950, fourteen entered as Sophomores. They had gained three new' members since the year before, Bernard Hilmes, Bette Dierkes, and Thelma Meddows, but about the middle of the year they lost two, Robert Koch and Thelma Meddows. The Sophomores gave a hayride for the Freshmen and a hamburger fry for the Seniors. In September, 1951, thirteen Juniors entered high school. They had gained William Crepps as a class member. In the middle of the year they lost Barbara Comstock, who moved to Salem, Illinois. To make money for the Junior -Senior Banquet, they gave a chili supper, sold Christmas cards, had a cake and pie sale, and a Home Talent Show. Z0

Mr. Redden On that glorious day in September, 1950, twelve green Freshies be- gan their studies .in Trenton Community High School. They were soon initiated by the re st of the high school. In the middle of the year a new member, Mary Ellen Collins, joined the class and increased its num- ber to thirteen. The next year they returned as Sophomores accustomed to the ways of high school. They gave the new Freshmen a hayride which was en- joyed by everyone. The thirteen members of this Sophomore class hope to become Iuniors next year. I ZZ
