JU D Shows Rapid Improvement This year could only be described as one full of ex- I C citement, entertainment, and achievement for the Junior I 1 High Band. Participating in activities at Treadwell for the third year, the sixty-five member band worked very hard to become eligible for the Senior Band next fall. The band performed at pep meetings, football games, and the Christmas Parade, and presented a concert in Decem- ber for the elementary school. ' Our band practiced diligently in last minute preparation for the Annual Spring Concert. X l i Sandra Vaughn, the Treadwell Band Queen, and her alternates, Kay Crawford and Suzy Gray, were an- nounced at the Christmas Dance. The setting for this annual social activity was Hotel Peabody.
