D ELTA D ELTA DELTA BETA ZETA CHAPTER The Tri Delta stars and crescent shone over a va- riety of activities this year. Opening the pre-holiday festivities with their annual Tri Delta Week-end, the three D ' s entertained the student body and faculty with a Christmas breakfast at the Student Union, and introduced their pledges at an all-campus dance that night. Using their emblems as a theme, Beta Zeta gave a Pine Party, a Pearl Formal and a Pansy break- fast. Four of Poseidon ' s daughters v ere president of campus organizations: Martha Lou Montgomery of A. W. S., Frances Hamilton of W. A. A., Barbara Jones of Chi Delta Phi, and Maxlne Proseus of Pan- Hellenic. Virginia Marsh chairmaned the Freshman girls. For the second consecutive year Miss Transyl- vania has been a Tri Delta. . . p H M U . . DELTA THETA CHAPTER Individually and as a group, the Phi Mu ' s contribute much to campus life. Their Charm School, an annual affair, was climaxed by a fashion show which played to a packed house. Goodlooking eds and coeds, picked by popular vote, modelled the latest in college fashions before the envious eyes of the rest of us. Especially active in dramatics, Stagecrafters Trau- gott, Woodburn, and Landrus did much to make Night Must Fall outstanding. Loraine made a sec- ond appearance in See My Lawyer. Pretty Wanda Scrivner shone as Second Attendant to Miss Transylvania, and her sister Wilma wrote min- utes for the Junior class. Dotty Moynahan, Phi Mu prexy, continued to solo for the choir, and Betty Masters joined her in the ' girls ' quartette. Five Phi Mu ' s were pledged to Crimson Club.
