Small Student— Well, not a foot- stool. Miss L. (interested) — And why not? Small Student— I don ' t let people walk over me. Teacher. — What animals are used to carrv goods to the mountains? Bright Pupil.— Mules. Teacher. — What do you do if these mules are not available? Bright Pupil.— Get a Ford! — ;.x.
