It is with a great deal of pleasure that we commend our students as the school year 1955-1956 draws to a close. Under rather adverse circumstances our student body has shown the qualities that form the basis of our solid American Democracy. As teachers we are hopeful that the lessons learned here in school --.lessons that often are incidental to textbook in- struction----will carry over to your life outside the school it- self. We urge you to enjoy your school and your school life, so that you may learn from your school activities as well as your textbooks, and so that you may more fully enjoy your post-school days.
