To the Class of 1960: The class of 760 entered the Upper School the same year 1 arrived at Tower Hill. Since then from Serf to Elsie,,, from Twink to '4Ralph,', from '6Munch to Spook,' your class has added spark and leadership to Tower Hill that has brought distinction in athletics, intellectual achievement, and real excel- lence in many extra-curricular activities. Memories of discussions about the merits of fascism, coats and ties, a summer in Switzerland, Republicans, a home run against the Sallies, frequent baby-sitting for the Sav- ages, tennis court repartee, an Amish lad, boffs in history class--these will remain with me longer than you think. ln the years to come keep your sense of humor and spirit of fun and continue with the same determination to do your best as you have shown here.
