Our school annual endeavors to record for you the many worthwhile activities and accomplishments that highlighted your years at Torrance High School. By turning the pages of the annual you will be able to experience again through the years the pleasures, successes and happiness you found in your activities, classmates and special friends. Torrance High School students this year con be proud of a growing school spirit and large participa- tion in school activities. The fine leadership by an outstanding senior class has set hiqh standards as a challenge for succeeding classes. As you, the Senior Class of ' 54, wend your various ways, I am confident that you will continue to bring credit to Torrance High School. With you go our con- gratulations and best wishes. W. B.
