Their hard worls and diligent proctice paid off in the long-run, and even though they laclsed the expe- rience ond equipment of other schools, they dominated the County Competition against Pender High. These young people have accom- plished a great deal in a year's time and deserve a lot of credit. Solving all new problems and breezing through sponta- neous challenges have spurred on these young sleuths to higher gools. The senior high structure teom built an extraordi- nary tower made from 14.2 g. of balsa wood and held 365.5 lbs.l This incredible feat led them to the regional competi- tion in March.
