Principal Director of Instruction CHARLES GORDON Vice-Principal Director of Activities -THS ADMINISTRA TION Administrators Strive To Obtain Varied Goals ALWAYS ready to lend a helping hand was the THS Administration. The staff of four principals and four counselors met each chal- lenge with an answer. Besides coordinating ac- tivities and curriculum at Topeka High, they had the job of presenting needs and ideas to the City Board of Education and then carry- ing out their policies. Along with the addition of a new counselor, several other staff positions were changed in order to meet present-day de- mands. Mr. Burnette headed the group mak- ing every effort to take advantage of opportun- ities to help make 1966-1967 a successful school year.
