Faculgf Patience, Enfhusiasms Develop Needed 'Push' NO JOB TOO BIG-no result too impossible. This was the challenge that was met by Troy's l00-mem- ber faculty every hour of every day of every week of the 1960-61 school year. The all-over picture of their dedication to what they believed in-gaining of knowledge by motivation for learning-was some- times a dreary one, sometimes a bright one, depend- ing on the response of those in their classes. Often their efforts crashed against .the stone wall of teenage unconcern. At other times the onrush of intellectual curiosity carried them along in as eager anticipation as that shown by their students. In addition to the duties of teaching subject mat- ter, faculty members enjoyed family responsibilities and participated in church and community interests. They crowded into their busy lives advanced courses to complete higher degreesg and they took time out for travel, relaxation, and hobbies. AS MAINE 'WENT, so went the Bellamy-ites. Pep Clubbers gave Mrs. Greer, Miss Miller, and Mr. and Mrs. Weaver a noisy sendoff to Cony High's 19th Annual Bellamy Award ceremonies. f 1 4 XWW ggi 'ver I' f fb. he A ir. WILEY E.
