A i ln a cool drizzle, TOPEKA moors at Norfolk Naval Station to become the Flagship of Com- mander, Cruiser-Destroyer Flotilla 12, Rear Admiral Dacey and his staff, Variety in music and costume is part of an enjoyable program staged by the ComCru- DesFlot 12 band, on TOPEKA's fantail. The hot tropical weather is forgotten as participants and observers enjoy an old fashion pie eating contest on the fantail.
