CLASS OF 1937 Thzrtymne DUCES POPULI Presrdent Frank Buchanan V1ce Presldent Robert Buchanan Secretary Emma Bernet Treasurer Mlrth Tufts The Duces Popull was reorganlzed thls year after a lapse of one year Members were selected from the four classes by Mr Detwller faculty advlser and the faculty Meetmgs are held weekly The purpo e of th1s club IS to better condltlons m the school for the benefit of the students Much has been accompllshed by the club thxs year It has orgamzed the Student Police to protect th smaller chlldren at the varlous crossmgs near the school grounds Rooms A B and C are now open at lunch trme for the beneflt of those students who do not wlsh to use the cafeterla A radro IS provlded m Room B for their enter tainment at noon hour In order to speed up payment of hbrary fines, a student was appomted in each homeroom to collect them
