The Cougar is more than a record of the Senior Class whose energies and thoughts each year make the book a realityg it is more than a record of the Public, Schools of Tomballg it is a history of persons, events, and places during the school year. lt symbolizes cooperation and citizenship, for the cooperation of the community is necessary for its success and the citizenship of the future is recorded in its early stages of activity.
