The patrolmen direct so that students avoid traffic when they cross the streets, stay within the given yellow lines and cross streets at right angles and only at the intersections. The prime purpose is to prevent accidents, and it should help to teach the small children to observe and learn proper conduct in crossing streets. Captain Harold Thompson and Lieutenants Jerry Neumeyer and Eugene Klusil are the student leaders with Lts.
