Cheerleaders Have New C oach During the summer, some of the cheerleaders went to UCA Cheer- Ieading Camp in La Crosse, and came home with ribbons and the spirit stick. The ninth grade squad has eight cheerleaders while the eighth graders have six. There are two captains and two co-captains for both squads. The coach this year is Ms. Schwichtenberg, the 7th grade reading teacher. When asked why she chose to be the coach, I like the satisfaction of seeing the cheerleaders out there having fun. Eighth and ninth grade cheerleaders do a routine to Mickey during a homeroom pep assembly. Amy Handy leaps into The air as Front row: Lori Bcumgorten, Brandy Fuller, Amy Jo Handy.
