STUDENT COUNCIL BUILDS SPIRIT The Student Council kept school spirit at a high level with their exciting assemblies and a very special' Homecoming. For the first time they held a coronation assembly the night be- fore the game allowing the royalty to reign dur- ing the parade and other fun activities. The Homecoming parade. dance and spider webbing ofthe Wolverine Den were also orga- nized by the Student Council. ln the fall they attended a spirit assembly at Dobson High fea- turing Mark Sharenbroch. 146 SKI CLUB PROUD OF ARIZONA Members of the Hiking and Ski Clubs visited many parts of Arizona and enjoyed her many natural wonders and beautiful landscapes. On December 17 and 18, the Ski Club went to Sunrise to dash down the frosty slopes with a thrill. Over 27 members payed more than S75 each for the experience. The Hiking Club also made several trips climbing up many of Arizona's scenic areas . . . the Superstitions, Lockett Meadow near Flagstaff, Organ Pipe Natl.
