Miss Howerton, Mrs. Curncross ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS - This group of Professional nurses is responsibile for maintaining harmonious working conditions in the hospital through promoting sound personal relationships. She sees that the floors are vvell staffed and is helpful in solving problems arising. Mrs. Bishop, supervisor, practical nurse students, functions in the capacity of presenting clinical classes and supervising all new procedures. She is aided in her fob by the head nurses. To assist Dr. Bowman, the Medical Stott has appointed Dr. O. Keller as Chairman ot the lnterne and Residency Com- mittee. Together these two men arrange for the enhancement ot the medical ed- ucation ot the new doctor so that he or she will be adequately prepared to meet the growing medical demands ot our so- ciety.
