Bowman, has the responsibility ot recruiting internes and residents tor the Hospital. He use-s his past experience as an educator to arrange tor the needed experiences ot the Hospital's in- terne, resident statl. He also functions on several of the committees ot the Medical Stott. To assist Dr. Bowman, the Medical Stott has appointed Dr. O. Keller as Chairman ot the lnterne and Residency Com- mittee. Together these two men arrange for the enhancement ot the medical ed- ucation ot the new doctor so that he or she will be adequately prepared to meet the growing medical demands ot our so- ciety. Katchka, Secretary-treasurer. Our Medical Staff consists ot doc- tors in all general and specialized fields of medicine, contributing a great deal to the educational pro- gram of the School. The Staff works very closely with all Hospital De- partments to strengthen patient care and to create a pleasant at- mosphere conducive to complete rehabilitation. Many of the doctors give of their free time to lecture to the professional nurse student. We can also be proud ot the many professional contributions in medi- cine, surgery and research made by our fine Stott. We will remember each doctor tor his particular in- terest and would hope that their co-operation in the educational pro- gram will be continued and pro- gressive.

Miss Howerton, Mrs. Curncross ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS - This group of Professional nurses is responsibile for maintaining harmonious working conditions in the hospital through promoting sound personal relationships. She sees that the floors are vvell staffed and is helpful in solving problems arising. Mrs. Bishop, supervisor, practical nurse students, functions in the capacity of presenting clinical classes and supervising all new procedures. She is aided in her fob by the head nurses.
