Mm Stately trio Psychiatric Affiliation Our attiliation at Toledo State Hospital proved to be a highlight in the nursing experience ot many Toledo Hos- pital Seniors. The three months spent here consisted of many interesting classes correlated with clinical exper- ience on the wards. lt was a time also tor meeting and exchanging ideas with students trom other schools and therefore broadening our concept ot nursing in general. et 1-'hum So what if I broke my engagement Orientation to our psychiatric wards was tor most ot us an anxiety tilled period. This was mainly due to the tact that we did not know what to expect. ri 1 rs -4 Vi Aw , Think l'll drown my sorrows. As a part of our curriculum we travelled South to the city ot Cincinnati for an athliation at Children's l-lospital. The day of arrival was a sad one with many tears and lonely hearts. We took up residence in Vincent Hall, a large building, which looks like an old English dwelling place.
