Maumee Valley Hospital Co-Advisor Student Association Nursing Arts was our first experience in actual nursing, as the term would imply. We learned to make beds, give comfort- ing back rubs and perform numerous procedures ranging from the simplicity of an enema to the complexity of adminis- tering medications. After using one another as guinea pigs in lab we nerv- ously performed our tasks under a watch- ful, understanding eye on the floors. lt was the close supervision, helpful hints and prodding of our Nursing Artsln- structors that enabled perfection in the many routine duties we execute on the floors. ll ,V , , y ,,,, , ,, Q
