Central Supply Central Supply is a very important part of our hospital. lt is responsible for cleaning, storing, and sterilizing equip- ment used in the care ot patients. As expected their task is vast, but you can count on their efficiency and reliability. The dietary department is responsibile for planning and preparing all the meals served in the hospital. Therapeutic dieticians write diets for patients on special diets. ln addi- tion to writing menus and preparing food tor patients, they write menus and prepare food for employees and visitors in the cafeteria.
