There were those who had never left the States, and the prospects of foreign liberty fy was most inviting. While the rest of us slaved over a hot stove, r- I Knobs kept counting his money, all the way 'IN across the Pacific. Our first day in Japan, Chief Love helped Mr. Mathewson carry all the requisition forms on the beach, a job he volunteered for in every port. By the end of our second month in Japan, to the surprise J , ' X of all, CRUDESPAC Hog missed a meal. Just 5 V 0 about this time the Ship's Cake Destroyer wx Z C underwent surgery for appendicitis. All in all . it was quite a cruise.
