The cry is often heard on TOLEDO's Signal Bridge as Signal- men perform their daily function of receiving and transmitting visual communications. Signalmen, a reinstituted rate, are not fair weather boysw as they are often required to stand watches during the most adverse climatic conditions. However, we in the OS Division do not mind since we know that we are doing a vital job in keeping TOLEDO Well informed in all phases of operations. Two yeomen round out the OS gang. Their main job is building and rebuilding the Operations Department paper empire which Huctuates according to the number of exercises in which TOLEDO participates. There is plenty to do in OS, but itis fun! OH NO! TAIPEI!
