 UTURE USINESS EADERS MERICA Introduction The first school annual or yearbook was printed in 1954. This tradition has been kept alive by the continuing classes. The Class of “69” once again is following in the footsteps of previous classes in presenting this yearbook. The purpose of any annual is to give a retro-spective glance of the people, places, and events in the past. This annual holds for the class of “69” a treasure full of memories, memories of schoolmates, teachers, and events.

Superintendent’s Message TO THE SENIOR CLASS OF 1969: We now approach the season of the year when graduation becomes a reality. I congratulate you on having arrived at this day. It is my sincere hope that each of you will carry into adult life those things that you have had instilled in you as a student at Todd-Grant that will challenges that you encounter in the forthcoming years. Seniors, we are living in a changing world—yesterday is different from today. The past is finished and the future is upon you and “stands with folded hands of mystery”. It has come to challenge you and bear you on to higher and nobler heights. It is a distinct pleasure to have worked with you. I hope your future will be as happy for you as the past year has been for me working with you.
