After a few thought ful moments and a little computation the officer replied Eighteen months Eighteen months and every part of the British Empire would be reached with the King s proclamation' Eighteen months and all would hear and know the message of their King' Wrth shame the Church must acknowledge that nineteen centuries hase passed and strll there are millions in heathen lands who have never heard the proclamation of the King of Kings and His message of Salvation' If The King s business requireth haste the Church needs to be roused and challenged anew at this late hour to speed up her world evangelism program With world conditrons as they are what we do must be done quickly We must either carry the Gospel to the ends of the earth with greater rapidity as we are commanded by our Lord or the religions and cults of this world will take it away from us. In the face of this great need and urgency let us renew our devotion to the Lord esus Christ and determine by His help to make a greater contribution to the accomplish- ment of this stupendous task-the speedy evangelization of the world. It is the one great task remaining to be done and the one great sign yet to be fulfilled before the Lord returns.
