ICB gemofz Glas IQ 7 Class Colors fusc1a and srlver Class Flower whlte rose Class Motto The best grcparatron for tomorrow IS the r1ght use of today ass Heston, Orr long voyage start d on a brlght morntng rn the fall of l934 when ten pattent passengers boarded the sh1p to satl on for the next twelve years These full tune passtngus were Wtlham Boyken R1chard Downs Kathryn Dunrmr Donald Norland Gene Peterson Arlene Pru1s1nan Mrldred Schutycr W1 our open r Kerth Stott ana lrvtn Welp Our frrst captarn was lVl1ss Koestler When we were ready we satled on to our second port There we had another passenger anxlous to get on board as she was runntng w1ldly onto the tlme takmg on MISS lohnson Then we started to crutse on to our thrrd port There we found a httle glrl who had all the luggage she could carry and had a hard tlme keepmg from falllng Here name was Fannte Abbas A blg husky lad came to her rescue however Hrs name was Kerth Stott who had left us at the second port but declded to come aboard agam l-le was escorted by MISS Vorght who took the helm of our farthful shlp The passengers must have bored the drlvers for we were gettlng new drlvers at every port At port number four we took on a new passenger wlth a southern drawl Maxme Tryon For once we kept the same drlver and went on to our ftfth stop pausrng only long enough to trade Mrss Vo1ght for Mlss Iensen as our new skrpper In a short t1me we were on our way for our s1xth stop At thls place we d1dn t p1ck up any passengers but we d1d brlng aboard two fresh drrvers Mrss Brlnglesor and MISS Kaplnqst We wasted no time Cwell not much anywayl gettlng to our next port of entry When we arrlved by the dock we notrced to our surprrse a happy young couple wa1t1ng to come aboard We also not1ced that the gmrl had prg ta1ls and the boy was very Well dressed When they came aboard and a conver sat1on started among us we learned that thelr names were none other than Lena De Vnes and Wrlham Ward We also changed captatns agaln Mtss Kaplnqst for MISS Laymaster When We arrlved at our elghth port we d1dn t take on any more passengers but we d1d changed M1ss Laymaster for Mtss Mork as our dlrector ln a short tune we were on our way to the ntnth stop There we found ftftcon 6 1. They were Anna Abbas, Mary Alke, Arthur Bartlett, Clarence Beenken, Wilbur Christensen, Kenneth Cordes, Earl Ginqricli, Roger Hoover, Donna Miller, Clair Moore, Lois Peterson, Lena Mae Schmidt, Marie Ubben, Wanda Young, and La Von Graham. With the sudden increase in the passengers we had more drivers: Miss Thompson, Miss Wagner Mr. Tesch Mr. Cheever, Miss Rogers, and Miss Lady.
