Middle left-Albert’s mother unfolds her tear moist letter while Albert and Rose watch in disgust. Middle right-Rehearsals and performances keep pianists, Tammy Smalley, Nina Hill, and Sandra Good busy. Upper right—“I’m a woman,” exclaims fifteen year old Kim MacAfee as Conrad and the other teenagers nod in agreement. Middle-A proposal from Albert sends Rose into a tizzy.
