Ir. Mixed Chorus Strives for Excellence The Jr. Mixed Chorus is a class that gives everyone an opportunity to prove his talents in singing. The goal of the groups' long hours of practice is their fine performance in the spring. This concert is a tradi- tion at THS . The ensembles perform at various functions throughout the year. At Christmas the ensembles presented their annual program to the patients at Central State Hospital. The girls sang at a teacher's sorority luncheon in January, at a basketball halftime show, and at the graduation cere- monies. The mixed ensembles per- formed at Baccalaureate, and the boys ensemble performed at Award's Night Ceremonies. Much free time is sacrificed to make these ensem- bles such a success.
