BETA Club - Largest 4 I 4 l As the largest academic club at Tioga High, the BETA club is extremely active promoting spirit and working for the improvement of the school and the community. This year, the chapter was named out- standing club on the district level. Largely responsible for the club's success are its officers, pictured on the bottom of the opposite page. Iunior Civitan During the year, Junior Civitan holds various activities that promote good citizenship and service to the community. For the 1974-1975 year, the club held two Sock Hops Cearning over S175 for retarded childrenj, collected 6,000 ciga- rette packs to buy a kidney machine for a small girl, and visited the boys' cottage at Pinecrest.
