V. ff5 '!'3 Iliff W' 'C New Star in Nicholsv In 1912, the now ivy-covered brick building was constructed to replace the old wooden one. Many footsteps have gone through the halls of this building, leaving many happy memories in our minds. It was a four-year high school until 1956 when Nicholas centralized with Tioga Center. For the next two years this old building was used as an elementary school only. In the fall of 1958, the grade pupils left to move into the new Nichols Elementary School. Tioga Central School and the many people of Nichols who attended this school look into the future with the memory of the past. GRADE 6, MRS.
