The steady drizzle outside showed no sign of damp- ening the victory spirit inside at the TPHS homecoming dance. Everyone enjoyed themselves dancing to the mu- sic of Burnt Sienna. The presentation of the king and queen and their court was the highlight of the evening for all the students, faculty, and alumni. Last year's king and queen, Kim Webster and Don Stine, return for an evening of fun with old friends. Queen Candidates Debbie Bicek and Barb Uthe. With the few short weeks that Student Council had to prepare for Homecoming, it ended up a triumphant occasion. Tinley was saluting the 10 year anniversary of its varsity football team. Who could ask for a better day. The sun was shining and the street was lined shoulder to shoul- der with townspeople, high school students, and alumni waiting to cheer the Tinley Park Titans on to victory. Queen Candidates Denise Ebeling and Donna Dusik. Disneyland characters come to Tinley for the 1973 Homecom- ing' festivities. Band float shows Titans' enthusiasm for victory. 12 Sophomore Class depicts fairy tale theme for the parade- watchers' enjoyment. Seniors paint a picture of Crete's defeat which came true with Tinley winning 50 to 6.
