Chinese lanterns were hung to give an oriental appearance and to carry out the theme of Some Enchanted Evening. Everyone knew that the Junior Prom was going to be spectacular when they saw the decorations being put up three days before hand, and they were not disappointed. The theme. “Run for the Roses”, was quite obvious because there were roses everywhere. The gorgeous decorations blended well with all the girls’ (and Tom call’s) dresses, while the boys’ tuxedos made them look handsome. The promenade through a rose-horseshoe was started off by Jill Maxwell and Marlin Christiansen, queen and king of the Prom. Nancy saw through rose colored glass. JUNIOR PROM II
