Deena Tripp. One could feel the tension in the air as a group of terrified girls walked onto the gym floor-try-outs. the most terrifying part of any future Flag Twirlers life. Was it worth it? Charlotte Timpview High School’s cheerleaders were the force that kept the spirit and pride at Timpview on the rise. The cheering and assemblies, however, weren’t automatic. It took hours of work.
