Becky Williams, Jana Bartlome DECA 52 usiness was another area found very strong by Sir Talon. To further interests in business a DECA Chapter was formed. DECA was an organization of business students who were interested in the mar- keting and distribution of goods and ser- vices. DECA stands for Distributive Edu- cation Clubs of America, and has mem- bers throughout the country. Officers were: President, Randy Nilsen. Vice President, Julie Smith; Secretary. ed flashing lights — DO NOT ENTER — brought Sir Talon to a stop in front of the yearbook darkroom. He was to discover that many strange and wonderful things devel- oped behind those doors. The photogra- phers, he saw, liked to get into trouble with everyone, including the law. Held at gunpoint and being read your rights did not make a pretty picture! Such gyrations Sir Talon had never seen. Tom Christensen nervously rustling pa- pers as he called to the reclining Steve Olsen, “How can you be so calm!” while Mrs. B. queried Miss P. on the topic of copy. Costumed for Halloween in pigtails and jeans, Miss Peterson was heard to say, “Now seriously, deadline will be met!” and Mrs. Blakesley nodded her assent, “That goes double for me.” Clamor and confusion abounded, but Sir Talon knew good resulted from such chaos.
