The Student Government class wished everyone a Happy New Year. The Executive Council included all elected and appointed officers plus a representa- tive from each of the following depart- ments: English, Math, Science, Home Ec., Business, Art, Drama, Music, and Girls Sports. They met together first period to plan the week's activities such as Math and Science Week, New Years Week, and Year- book Week. They participated in assem- blies, decorated for dances, and tried to involve students in school activities. Sue Roberts was the advisor. 81
