The plot of the play centered around the religious differences of two small town families, the Fishers and the Stevens. Grampa Fisher, with his strong Christian philosophy, helped solve the problems that arose. Romance, valuable missing stamps, and a basketball scandal highlighted the action of the play. The older children, to the horror of their strict father, tried to grow up and becorne modern. The children finally discovered that father had their best interesis at heart after all.
