To Mrs. Lillian S. Wade, we,the students of Timmonsville High School, proudly dedicate this, the 1956 edition of The Purple and Gold. This dedication can express but a small part of our appreciation for all that she has done for us. As classroom teacher, Latin Club sponsor, and Junior and Senior Class sponsor, she has worked un- selfishly for the betterment of our school and of each member of the student body. Mrs. Wade has through the years been more than a teacher; she has been a thoughtful advisor and an understanding friend, never too tired or too busy to give us an encouraging word or lend us a helping hand.
