Treasurer NORMAN S. WEEKS ......,.,........ Business Manager SENIOR CLASS HISTORY Is it possible? 1920-1924. How much those numerals signify! From a Freshman to a Senior! In 1920 we were Freshmen, as unsophisticated beings as walked the face of the earth. Did we think so when We arrived in Tilton? Oh, no! But others did, and it didn't take long for us to discover that vanity is vanity, and that a balloon filled with gasfican burst,-and Freddie taught us English. Some of us burst, and great was the fall of us! We got off the train, craned our necks, and somebody grabbed us by the hand with a cheery How 'do! Going to the Sem. It was the Semf' in those days. It all seems like a dream now, doesn't it? As We Walked up the shaded path We saw the School above. How our eyes opened wide and our hearts beat as though they would burst through their barriers of flesh! Here We were to have: well, what did you think it would be, a digging in books or a spree? The picturesque ivy-clad school, surrounded with its wonderful scenic beauty, made us feel that Tilton, New Hampshire, should be considered the eighth wonder of the World. For a week we stepped lightly around, thinking that this was next to Heaven, when, behold, a Proclamation was read in chapel by the President of the Student Council! Is there a Tiltonian who has forgotten the thrill of joy, or
