Purely by chance this liirst edition to come from thi new school also marks the twenty-fifth anniversary of this publication under the name Kilrlvis. f The erection of this building brings to realization the fact that the community has made great progress since the Kilchis first got its present name a number of years back. Such progress was possible only through the com- plete co-operation of the citiyens of the area.
