The halls of Tilden reverberate with many different sounds during the day. One hears the various noises made by the machines in our well- equipped shops on the ground floor. Upon reaching the first floor, the com- mands of the R.O.T.C. platoon officers ring out while a radio blasts away in the radio shop. The smooth hum of the presses strike the ear as our Tech Times goes to press. Voices raised in harmony float through the air as the freshman music classes sing. The sounds reach a Crescendo as the gym is approached. The roar of the gym classes predominate on the third floor as the boys go through their workouts, while in the class rooms off of the long corridors stu- dents voice their thoughts in debate. Throughout our building various signs and sounds of activities signify the harmony prevalent when fellows work together and gain a feeling of achievement in a job well done.
