If may be amafeur or professional. If may be found in fhe lives of greaf men, in a casual anecdofe, in fexfboolc fheory, in everyday experience, and in fhe observafion of one's asso- ciafes. Buf no oufsider, no oufside force can wave fhe wand fhaf brings success. Fundamenfally, if is nof fo be found in ofher persons, in books or lecfures or even in observafion. Deeds, nof words are whaf puf men on fop. The successful man may gain help and inspirafion from ofhers, buf he always blazes a pafh of his own.
