1 VVith the aid of the new invention for looking into the future let us set the dial for ten years hence andisee what the class of '45 is doing. Our Class Historian, Agnes McAbee, has achieved fame with' Ripley. She knits with her feet and crochets with her hands at the same time. Mrs. john Jossey, formerly Bonell Smith, is the current attraction at the Rose Theater in the serial, Love Rides the Rails-or Will the Mail Train Run Tonight? Iris Hill entertains week-end guests on her ranch by doing a high dive into the river on the back of her famous horse, Fornorton. Jerry Baker is a much-traveled young lady. She and joe are now on their twenty-fifth trip around the world in their own plane. Margaret Frances married Pete but they see each other only on week-ends. Stoney just couldn't break the habit she formed at Bessie. The athletic ability displayed by Libby Bullard brought her the offer of a contract with the Brooklyn Dodgers. She declined the offer but accepted a season ticket for herself and her family. June Tatum may be found in her ofhce in the Treasury building in VVashington. Her experience as class treas- urer brought her the m01'e responsible position as suc- cessor of Mr. Morgenthau. Anne Ayers retired from public life for a while. Abbey sulfered a severe mental set-back when she dis- covered her 'nylons in the glass jar had melted from the heat of a Bessie radiator. Ruby Ellen Wallace, of the many talents, is teaching speech in Griffin. John decided to take a postgraduate course. Louise Leverett is teaching Literature and Journalism to the Fiji Islanders. Any time you want to see Mary Louise Roberts just go to a performance of the Rockettes. Lou is third from the left. Mary Possie Danner holds thousands enthralled in her daily lectures on Shakespeare's use of the word so, jackie Hall 'now runs a marriage bureau in an effort to get rid of her excess beans. Sheila Sappington married a millionaire and has gained five pounds eating caviar and roasted pheasant. lHl IIIASS PRIIPHIIIY Dorcas Shearer is Miss VValraven's invaluable assistant and is acquiring her supervisors talent of sees all, hears all, knows all. The new best-seller written in Spanish' was authored by Gerry VVhitc. It is called The Ghost of Don Quixote or Look Who's Riding Rocinantef' Rachel Dozier has become famous for her sociological survey of Chittlin Switch. All three inhabitants are pleased with the fine job Rachel has done. That very interesting voice you hear every Monday evening over the Purple Network belongs to none other than Evelyn Davis. More power to you, Slats. jane Powell won the International Hog Calling Con- test and has been resting on her lanrels ever since. Evelyn Stedham's wit and ability to pun won her the place of co-starring with Bob Hope in The Road to Padukaf' Lunelle Powell gave up her position as math teacher in Hollywood High School and is keeping things tidy in the parsonage. If you happen to recognize the lady with' the satchel you're right-it's Dot Register coming to audit Bessie's books. Sara Stone dedicated her latest book to Dr. Lee. The name of it is Words. Beverly Johnston runs a health farm for worn-out guinea pigs. Jeanie Sloan is always one jump ahead of the cops. Jeanie decided to cash in on those dark secrets she dis- covered on post cards in the mail. Mary Frances Thomas supervises Daily Vacation Bible Schools all over the state. The U. S.'s increased output of celery is accredited to the little farm outside of Forsyth' operated by Anne Old- royd and her husband. Anita Ball still visits Bessie Tift occasionally to tell the students- Don't complain of being overworked-I never did. Whitfield's candy factory puts out the sweetest candy anywhere, due to MiIdred's sugary touch. Irene Henderson has become a land-mark at Bessie Tift. Every Spring Quarter she comes back to take Trig. Ringling Brothers' feature attraction is Muscles Ben- son and her weight-lifting art. Muscles is the former Betty Benson. Lindler Drew is in charge of the Bus Line between Forsyth and Macon. She has special low rates for Bessie Tift girls. Hazel McKinnon is keeping busy at h'er chores on a Dude Ranch trying to forget the trials and tribulations of teaching Geometry at Bessie Tift. Our mascot, Lee VViIlingham, has become an enthu- siastic lecturer on How to VVin Friends and Influence People. VVe know of no one who is better qualified.
