OFFICE STAFF In an interview with Mr. Marks, the over-all tone was one of positiveness toward the faculty and student body of Ticonderoga High School. One point he stressed when talking about the students and the school was the good morale and the general esprit de corps . He finds a great amount of spirit wherever he sees students, whether they are in the halls or at athletic events. In the first assembly he mentioned this and it seems to be taking effect throughout the school. When questioned about the curriculum, the main point was diversification. With grants from International Paper Co., the High School has been able to install a camputer. The Language Department is strong and growing. Subjects currently offered are French, Spanish, and Latin. With college credit courses made available through NCCC, Ti High has one of the most varied curricula in the area. Another example is the comprehensive writing program which was recently developed in order to meet the needs of the individual student. On the question of staff, Mr. Marks was again very positive. They are hard workers, and they like to take the initiative. he said. He also mentioned the faculty's overall friendliness and willingness to help him in his transition from administrative assistant to Principal. -Roger Wickes, Jon Facteau-
