Mr. Walter Horst llefti attended Olivet College and the University of Michigan, and holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts. He came here in the fall of l9l7 for a period of one year, and returned January, l9l9. lt was in July, i936 that he became Superintendent of the schools. --a4 ' I lg, .
